Choosing the right service

If you’re an adult seeking support with anxiety, low mood, relationships or trauma, choose Adult Psychotherapy.

For children or young people, sessions are adapted to be creative, gentle and age-appropriate - choose Child and Young People Psychotherapy.

If you’re a parent or carer looking for emotional support or strategies to better connect with your child, choose Therapeutic Parenting Advice.

Make a booking

How booking works

When you click Request to Book, you’ll be taken to my booking page, where you can:

​

  • choose your preferred service,

  • pick a date and time that suits you, and

  • submit your request.

​

I’ll review your booking and be in touch to confirm. Once approved, you’ll receive an email confirming your appointment details.
